Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Learn about the company industry, business domain, offerings, techspace to be in a position to have intelligent engagements with employees, jobseekers and clients.
Work efficiently with HR systems and productivity tools. Strive to be tech savvy, in a tech savvy domain and organization.
Qualifications:
Strong Interpersonal skills and passion for working for people and their wellbeing
6-12+ years of experience working in HR in Software Industry
Process oriented: Extensive experience in setting up processes across HR functions
Significant experience in Recruitment process: Hiring and Growing teams
Experienced in working with US teams/Clients
In-depth knowledge and experience with labor laws and in handling critical scenarios.
Strategic skills at working across employees and leaders across at all levels
Experience on HR systems, recruitment practices, systems and tools
