Job Description
Job Title: Prexo Team Leader
Location: Bangalore
Department: Supply Chain / Store Operations
About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage operations at our Dark Stores (which handles returns, exchange, and pre-owned products). You will be responsible for handling Prexo, leading a team, checking product quality, and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee product checking, grading, and packaging
Ensure timely processing of returned/exchanged items
Maintain accuracy in stock and system entries
Share daily updates and reports with the manager
Train new team members and ensure safety rules are followed
Travelling will be involved within assigned darkstore
What Were Looking For:
2-5 years of experience in warehouse/store/logistics work
Experience managing a team is a plus
Basic computer and system handling knowledge
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Local language awareness
Basic graduation education and two wheeler would be preferred from candidate
Work Details:
6 days a week, permanent shift-based work
This role will be on third party basis with Flipkart Minutes
