Job Title: Account Manager
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with 8-10 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate recruitment activities and ensure client needs are met.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track account progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for expanding client accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition department, with a focus on account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS and CRM software.
