Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (PSR Prime Towers, Beside DLF)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Shift: Night Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)
Mode of Work: Onsite only
Preferred Candidates: Male candidates based in Hyderabad

Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Website Developer to join our in-house team at our Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for developers with hands-on experience in advanced WordPress and HTML5, especially those who have worked on websites for US Staffing & Recruitment consultancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites
  
• Build responsive, mobile-optimized pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  
• Collaborate with US staffing teams to create job boards, career pages, and dynamic content
  
• Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience
  
• Ensure SEO best practices, site security, regular backups, and uptime monitoring
  
• Manage plugins and enhance site functionalities as needed
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom coding)
  
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  
• Experience with site speed optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  
• Basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  
• Mandatory: Prior experience working with US staffing/recruitment websites
