Job Description
Were looking for a Data Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-impact data products that power strategic decision-making across our global ecosystem. In this role, youll operate at the intersection of business and technologytranslating complex requirements into intuitive data solutions, driving Agile execution, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. Your work will influence decisions across millions of customers and thousands of locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with global business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align on outcomes.
- Agile Delivery: Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and lead Agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain clear documentation including business requirements, use cases, test scripts, and process workflows.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in collaboration with governance and security teams.
- Hands-On Technical Support: Act as a hands-on technologist when needed (e.g., scripting, troubleshooting, GitHub repo setup).
- Process Optimization: Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Impact Measurement: Track adoption and impact of data products using KPIs, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
