Job Description
- Architect end-to-end eCommerce solutions using Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- Integrate Adobe tools with commerce platforms, payment gateways, PIM, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Adobe-based commerce implementations.
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Adobe-powered commerce experiences.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, QA, and business analysts.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee agile delivery processes, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Adobe commerce strategy and implementation.
- Present architecture decisions, product roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align digital commerce goals.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital architecture with 4+ years in Adobe Commerce.
- Proven experience in product management or leading digital commerce initiatives.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, customer journeys, and personalization.
- Experience with headless commerce, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites, Adobe Commerce) or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Launch, Workfront, and Real-Time CDP.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
