Job Description

Technical Writer

Successful candidates should have experience with some or all of the following:

Strong communication skills required, including the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.

Ability to set up a time with key engineering team members and have a technical conversation with them to understand requirements.

Experience writing wikis on ADO and creating specs/customer-facing documents.

Technical knowledge/background will be a plus

Ability to consolidate documents into one cohesive document.

Desired Candidate Profile

Exp in technical writing, content creation, information development, and resource coordination.

Exp in gathering requisite information for IT / Managerial Services

Exp of Adobe, SnagIt & MS Visio

Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking. handle multiple products and manuals simultaneously; should be able to manage time and tasks effectively

Adapt to changing requirements

Curious about everything, with a knack for getting your hands dirty

Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture

Experience in using Madcap Flare and Camtasia (Preferred)

Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Able to manage multiple global projects within various constraints, leading cross-functional efforts to achieve desired results.
Experience in QMS (quality management system) and CRM (customer relations management) tools
