What You ll Be Doing:

Responsibilities

Analyze and validate the data content of files to be ingested.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the data ingestion process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs.

Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Create and maintain documentation related to data analysis and ingestion processes.

Generate reports and provide insights based on data analysis.

Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Health Informatics , Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and data management.

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python).

Strong understanding of healthcare data and healthcare payer systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy .

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience in project management and leading data-related projects. #LI-remote

Mandatory Requirements:

Employees must have a high-speed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and the ability to set up a wired connection to their home network to ensure effective remote work. These requirements may be updated as needed by the business.
