What You ll Be Doing:
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate the data content of files to be ingested.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the data ingestion process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs.
  • Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data analysis and ingestion processes.
  • Generate reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Health Informatics , Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data and healthcare payer systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy .
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in project management and leading data-related projects. #LI-remote
Mandatory Requirements:
Employees must have a high-speed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and the ability to set up a wired connection to their home network to ensure effective remote work. These requirements may be updated as needed by the business.
