Maintain and manage KPI's of all the assigned projects
Responsible to achieve NPS, CSAT as per SLA and within timelines
To improve and manage Branch Engineers Productivity and efficiency
Branch P&L to be maintained as per the Target
Control on manpower attrition
Team Management
Generate revenue by visiting dealers and partners and generate new business leads
Client /Customer Escalation Management
Partner Management
