Job Description
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining the short-term and long-term goals and milestones for the product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this information to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and timely delivery.Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. Develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, such as executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and build strong relationships.Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
