Job Description

Position Summary

The Legal Analyst will provide legal and regulatory support to ensure Hahalolo's compliance with Indian law and international standards. This includes handling legal research, contracts, risk mitigation, and advisory across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Research & Compliance Monitor regulations (IT Act, DPDP 2023, FEMA, Companies Act), file reports, and maintain permits.
2. Contract Management Draft and review NDAs, service/vendor/employment agreements, etc.
3. Risk & Dispute Management Identify risks, manage disputes, coordinate with legal counsel.
4. Corporate Governance Support filings, resolutions, audit readiness, and governance.
5. Business Legal Advisory Cross-functional legal support, M&A assistance, IP, and policy creation.

Technical & Soft Skills

- Strong contract negotiation, documentation, and compliance systems experience
- Legal database proficiency
- Excellent communication, time management, and cross-functional teamwork.
