Gen AI Engineer @ Capgemini

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. You will be responsible for building, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) to solve real-world problems across domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop generative AI models using LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
• Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for specific business use cases
• Build scalable pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production
• Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI and apply it to projects

Required Skills:

• 49 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in generative AI
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar libraries
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLMOps
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects
• Experience with multimodal models (text-to-image, audio, video)
