Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager (AM). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT recruitment delivery and stakeholder management, preferably from product-based companies or top staffing firms engaged with MSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle delivery for the accounts within the MSP framework.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Drive recruiter performance, track hiring metrics, and present delivery reports.
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, and finance teams for seamless operations.
• Strategize to improve service quality and scale delivery output.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition/account management in the IT staffing industry.
• Strong experience working with MSP models.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client engagement skills.
• Team handling experience is an added advantage.
