About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead
multiple Agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. You will play a key role
in guiding teams, managing sprint execution, and ensuring smooth collaboration
between technical and business stakeholders. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple Agile/Scrum teams across projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint
reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, and have the necessary functional
detail.
- Track sprint progress and team velocity using burn-down charts and other
reporting tools.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, guiding teams and clients toward
optimal solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Owners, Business Analysts,
and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Create detailed sprint and project reports including burn-down charts, release
plans, and sprint summaries.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes high performance and
accountability.
- Shield the team from external interruptions to maintain delivery focus.
- Assist in pre-sales support and onboarding activities for new clients.
- Manage resource onboarding, allocation, and performance reviews.
- Ensure alignment with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile best
practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Proven experience in handling multiple cross-functional Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
skills.
- Proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience in onboarding, resource planning, and performance management.
- Prior involvement in pre-sales and client engagement processes is a plus.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
