Location - Bangalore, Hyd, Chennai

Tableau

Tableau Dashboards relevant to specific domains(Global Customer Support & Deal Desk in my case), which helps business identify and track the performance and bottleneckness of the Support Engineers , Customer Success Managers and Executive Directors across their activities of Customer Onboarding/Adoption , Churns, Workflows, Deal Closures, Renewal and Potential Renewal Opportunities and etc.

(SQL)

Create complex Views, Stored Procedures , Snapshot Tables, Query Optimization, SCD Implementation to achieve the final data source which is sourced in Tableau for relevant dashboarding. This requires Expertise in real time data warehouse model design, star & snowflake modeling, Slowly changing dimensions, snapshotting , assembling large & complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
