Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled TIBCO BW Developer to join our integration team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks (BW) 5.15, XML/XSLT transformations, and SOAP web services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect various systems and applications within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.15.
• Implement XML/XSLT transformations to process and manipulate data.
• Develop and consume SOAP web services for seamless integration between systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
• Ensure security and data protection in integration solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIBCO BW Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.15.
• Strong knowledge of XML and XSLT for data transformation.
• Experience with SOAP web services.
• Excellent debugging skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with other integration tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
