Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our Growth Office as Inside Sales Interns/Trainees. This role is a launchpad into strategic outreach and business development, providing the opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality prospect databases using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  
• Initiate outreach via calls and emails to engage with senior management-level professionals across industries
  
• Deliver clear, compelling first-level pitches introducing Genesys offerings
  
• Schedule qualified first-level meetings with internal sales and product teams
  
• Learn quickly, adapt to industry trends, and understand company solutions
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate from any discipline or 02 years of experience in outreach, data research, or sales
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo.io, CRM, or other data tools
  
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
