Product, System & PLM Engineer -Technical Solution Architect @ Capgemini

The Teamcenter Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Teamcenter solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. This role involves translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and PLM best practices, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design and define end-to-end solutions around theTeamcenter application.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead thearchitecture, configuration, and customizationof Teamcenter modules andActive Workspace.
• Define and managedata modelsusingBMIDE.
• Design and configureworkflows, lifecycles, and access control policies.
• Providetechnical leadershipand mentorship to junior developers and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions are aligned withPLM best practicesand scalable for future enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
• Stay updated with thelatest Teamcenter and Active Workspace versionsand features.

• Strong experience inTeamcenter architecture, configuration, and deployment.
• Proficiency inActive Workspace customizationand configuration.
• Hands-on experience withBMIDEfor data modeling and extensions.
• Expertise inworkflow design,handlers, andcustom server/client extensions.
• Solid understanding ofPLM processes,change management, andproduct data management.
• Ability to map complex business requirements to Teamcenter capabilities.
• Experience inproject management,technical leadership, andsolution delivery.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Siemens Teamcenter certifications are a plus.
• Experience inmulti-site Teamcenter deploymentsandintegration with ERP systems.
• Familiarity withCAD integrations(NX, SolidWorks, CATIA) is an advantage.
