Job Description

The QA Lead Automation & Manual Testing position requires a highly skilled individual with at least 10 years of experience, proficient in WebdriverIO, JavaScript, and TypeScript. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing QA efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring product quality throughout the development process. Your key responsibilities will include leading the QA team in developing and implementing test strategies, building and maintaining test automation frameworks using WebdriverIO, JavaScript, and TypeScript, ensuring comprehensive testing of web applications across various browsers and devices, identifying test requirements, tracking quality assurance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, driving continuous improvement in testing strategies and processes, reviewing system specifications, and preparing detailed test reports and dashboards for leadership visibility. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a QA Lead position, a strong background in WebdriverIO for automation testing, proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, a solid understanding of both Manual and Automation testing practices, experience in CI/CD integration for test automation pipelines, familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured (a plus), knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.,
