Job Description
- As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with software/product designers to establish quality assurance parameters. Your primary tasks will include writing automation test scripts, integrating them into the DevOps pipeline, and creating test cases to enhance test coverage across systems. You will also be in charge of implementing testing procedures, supervising the QA process, resolving quality issues, and adjusting test procedures as needed. Additionally, you will conduct analysis checks on product specifications and review Quality Assurance reports to ensure adherence to quality standards. Your role will involve managing a team, fostering a culture of quality, and driving timely project deliveries while possessing strong people management skills. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and have over 8 years of experience in software quality control and assurance. You must also have at least 3 years of experience in Mobile app/Web Automation testing with API automation, particularly within a fast-paced Agile development environment. Proficiency in utilizing test management and defect management tools like Jira and Confluence is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to develop test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability matrix, and defect reports. Additionally, a solid understanding and practical experience in Database Management Systems (SQL/NoSQL), along with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter, are required. Experience in the e-commerce and banking domains is preferred, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. You must be adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Your role will also encompass coaching and mentoring QA/QC Engineers to enhance the overall quality assurance process.,
