Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and adoption of GPS tracking solutions across commercial vehicle fleets.
Identify and acquire new customers including fleet operators, transporters, and logistics companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the logistics ecosystem.
Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and ensure consistent business growth in the region.
Ensure installation, activation, and onboarding of GPS devices with technical support teams.
Work with channel partners and installation vendors to ensure service delivery.
Educate customers about the benefits of GPS tracking, AIS compliance, and ROI improvements.
Provide regular feedback from the field to internal teams to help improve products and services.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
Desired Skills / Experience
5-9 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in GPS/telematics, fleet management, or automotive sector.
Experience in managing a large field sales team and high growth trajectories for business.
Experience of selling in Tier 2 -Tier 3 Cities
Willingness to travel
Sales Experience in OEM truck dealerships, truck finance and insurance companies, rural stint/Startup companies would be preferred
