Job Description
So, whats the role all about?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic X-Sight Onboard R&D Engineering team in Pune, focused on building scalable compliance solutions for financial markets. Take E-E ownership of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and automating the test cases. Also talking to different stakeholders, product and customers to align the feature with their requirement. Person will also be taking additional responsibilities of conducting the scrum, driving the team success etc.
How will you make an impact?
- Deliver End-to-End Feature Development
- You will contribute to the complete software lifecyclefrom designing responsive user interfaces to building scalable backend services.
- Your ability to work across the stack will help ensure seamless, high-quality user experiences.
- Your contributions will directly improve functionality, speed, and usability for our customers.
- Write Clean, Testable, and Maintainable Code
- You'll follow modern development practices to ensure your code is robust and maintainable.
- This includes writing unit tests, leveraging version control, and participating in peer code reviews. Your focus on quality and consistency will reduce bugs and improve the teams velocity over time.
- Contribute to Technical Innovation and Improvement
- Youll be encouraged to bring new ideas and suggest ways to optimize code, tools, or processes.

Key Technical Skills:
- Frontend Development
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong fundamentals for UI development
- React.js or Angular At least one modern JS framework/library
- Microsoft blazer
- Backend Development
- .Netcore 8.0, .net, C#
- RESTful API Development Designing and consuming APIs
- Authentication & Authorization JWT, OAuth basics
- Unit Test case writing Specflow
- Performance metrics
- Database Knowledge
- MSSQL/PostgreSQL Relational DB basics, joins, indexing
- MongoDB Understanding NoSQL schemas, queries
- AWS Basic
- EC2 Launching and managing virtual servers
- S3 Object storage, bucket policies
- Lambda Writing serverless functions (preferred)
- API Gateway Connecting frontend with backend APIs
- CloudWatch Basic logging and monitoring
- IAM Understanding roles, permissions, and least privilege
- Experience with monitoring tools like Coralogix, Grafana
- Experience with CI/CD & Jenkins, Artifactory
- Experience in GenAI and AI powered tool
- Requirement gathering and Defect management using tools like QC and JIRA
- Experience working on Actimize solutions or Anti Money Laundering, Case Management or Fraud Detection product will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; friendly disposition; work effectively as a team player
- Holds very good attitude and take the accountability of the work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good to Have:
- Experience in financial markets compliance domain
- Experience in Big-Data
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in CS or equivalent degree
- 4-8 years of experience in R&D engineering (.NetCore, Blazer, Azure, MSSQL, Specflow)
