Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MLOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our ML engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and performance tuning in production environments. You should be hands-on with Python, Databricks, mlFlow, Seldon, and experienced in cloud-based deployments (AWS).
You will also contribute to prompt engineering and LLM app development using Langchain, and help productionize recommendation algorithms and other ML applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models: development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling
- Work with Databricks, mlFlow, and Seldon for ML workflow orchestration and model management
- Perform ML load testing, ensure model scalability, and handle job monitoring in real-time environments
- Develop and maintain LLM-based applications using Langchain and prompt engineering techniques
- Deploy, monitor, and manage ML models in AWS or other cloud platforms
- Support recommendation algorithms and other ML solutions in production
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across tech and non-tech teams
