Role Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient and security-conscious engineer to support enterprise data platforms and access management systems. This role combines expertise in SQL, Snowflake and SharePoint, with a strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) and ServiceNow frameworks. Experience with Power Apps is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Data Platform Integration
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL and Snowflake, including secure views, dynamic tables, and Snowpark-based transformations
Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with Snowflake and Azure services for workflow automation
Support data access provisioning for platforms like Helios Data Lake, ensuring compliance with PII and role-based access policies Identity Access Management (IAM)
Implement and maintain IAM policies across Azure AD, PingAccess, and Entra ID, including MFA, SSO, and federation for workforce and partner identities
Manage lifecycle provisioning, access certification, and affiliation governance using IAM portals and standards SharePoint Azure Support
Provide operational support for SharePoint environments, including permissions, workflows, and integration with IAM systems ITSM Service Operations
Utilize ServiceNow and other ITSM tools to manage incidents, requests, and change management workflows
Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of access and platform-related issues. Required Skills Experience
Strong command of SQL and Snowflake data warehousing.
Experience with Azure Active Directory, IAM governance, and MFA/SSO implementations.
Familiarity with SharePoint administration and Power Apps development.
Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks and tools like ServiceNow.
Ability to manage access provisioning and entitlement workflows across cloud and on-prem environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake API integrations, and delegated access models
Exposure to Snowflake, and data lake architectures
Certifications in Azure, Snowflake, or IAM technologies. Education Certifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Snowflake SnowPro, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
