Business Analyst @ Mindteck

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development teams to gather and analyze requirements.


• Translate high-level business needs and stakeholder inputs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.


• Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives.


• Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.


• Assist in risk assessments, impact analysis, and traceability matrix creation.


• Collaborate with UI/UX, test engineers, and developers to ensure user-centric design and verification traceability.

Required Skills Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2-3 years in medical device or healthcare IT.


• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).


• Experience working with tools Azure DevOps.


• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a regulated software development lifecycle.


• Strong understanding of software requirement specifications, use cases and traceability.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development, preferably in the medical device or healthcare domain

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to negotiate priorities and facilitate consensus across stakeholder groups.
