Position: Sr. Citrix & NetScaler Engineer Cloud Migration (7+ Years)
Payroll: SAGE IT (On Roll)
Client: Deployment at Client Location (Long-term Project)
Location: Pune / Gurgaon
Experience: 7 10 Years
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Shift Timing: 1 PM 10 PM OR 2 PM 11 PM (3 Days WFO & 2 Days WFH)
About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Citrix & NetScaler Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Citrix Cloud migration, NetScaler upgrades (14.x) and on-prem to cloud transformation. The selected candidate will be on SAGE IT payroll and deployed at our leading client for a long-term engagement. The role requires depth in Citrix DaaS, NetScaler, VMware/Azure virtualization, and migration from data center to Azure/AWS cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Citrix NetScaler upgrades (v14.x), implementation, tuning and advanced troubleshooting.
- Handle Citrix DaaS to Azure/AWS migrations from on-prem data centers to public cloud environments.
- Configure and deploy servers using MCS, Non-MCS, Quick Deploy, CVEAD, Workspace Core, etc.
- Work with Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, StoreFront, Director, Workspace Environment Management.
- Perform performance monitoring, scripting, policy design, and maintenance for large-scale Citrix infrastructure.
- Manage Citrix virtual apps & desktops (7.x) in VMware / Azure environment.
- Experience with Citrix dash migration or moving workloads to any cloud platform (Azure preferred).
- Implement high availability, security, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Good to have knowledge of Windows/Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and basic Azure Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal and client-side stakeholders for planning, cutover, and post-migration support.

- Citrix Cloud / Citrix DaaS on Azure or AWS

- VMware ESXi / Azure Virtualization / Workspace Core
- Migration (On-prem to Cloud)
- Windows Server, Active Directory
- Azure AD / Entra ID (Good to have)
- PowerShell scripting (Nice to have)
Shift & Work Mode:
- Shift: 1 PM 10 PM or 2 PM 11 PM
Work Model: 3 Days Work From Office (WFO) + 2 Days Work From Home (WFH)
