Responsibilities
- Analyze client data and operational challenges, including technology, to identify integration and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and share reusable assets applicable to new projects.
- Diagnose client problems, conduct analysis, and provide solutions.
- Frame clients needs in the context of technology.
- Manage work according to the project plan to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and confidently to inspire confidence in team members and clients.
- Work closely with AI team to bridge the gap between technical and business teams of clients
- Identify AI high-impact use cases for different business contexts
- Build business cases for AI initiatives
- Translate business needs on AI use cases into technical requirements
- Build re-usable assests working in collaboration with AI team
- Gather and interpret financial information to support proposed recommendations.
- Interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds to serve clients efficiently.
- Understand the clients business, stay updated on sector trends, and learn best practices.
- Present ideas and cases coherently, supported by relevant data and tools.
- Comprehend the various aspects of the sales and business development process and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Focus on effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Embrace and embody the organizations purpose and values, seeking opportunities for impact.
- Demonstrate personal accountability for performance and meeting expectations.
- Understand how daily work contributes to team and business priorities.

Experience and Qualifications
- Masters in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT Consulting or Minimum 2 years of experience of Business Consulting with focus on Technology Advisory
- Experience in any of Manufacturing, Healthcare & Lifesciences, BFSI, Energy & Resources sectors
- Understanding of one or more industry market conditions and trends
- Understanding of multiple core business processes
- Exposure to running client workshops to identify technology initiatives
- Experience in working with client stakeholders across levels shopfloor to CXOs
- Experience in AI projects / products
- Experience in working with Agile Tools would be good
- Practical client experience across consulting lead to closure cycle - including presales, sales, planning, design, and delivery.
- Exposure to Design Thinking methodology would be good
- Ability to work in teams (multi-functional) and manage difficult conversations with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
