Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or solution delivery roles.
Experience in telecom, IT transformation, or enterprise programs.
Familiarity with telecom network architecture and upstream data flows (e.g., IPFIX, DPI probes),
including integration with real-time streaming platforms like Apache Kafka and downstream
data lake environments, is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and IT
domains.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills (BRDs, process flows, MoMs, PowerPoint
decks).
Ability to craft compelling presentations that clearly convey complex ideas, solutions, or
processes to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and DevSecOps environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-
vendor teams.
Certifications such as CBAP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile BA are advantageous.
