We are looking forward to hire Dynamics CRM Professionals in the following areas :

10+ years of overall experience in CRM as techno functional
Possess deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, as well as Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Good knowledge in CoPilot and AI related initiatives
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clients
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations
Well versed and experienced in 3-4 implementation projects from scratch
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
Global experience and working in diversified environment
