As an Atlassian Solution Architect in CRG India, your role would encompass a range of responsibilities revolving around designing, implementing, and optimizing Atlassian-based solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
Job Title: Atlassian Solution Architect

Role Overview: As an Atlassian Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing solutions based on Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver customized solutions that optimize their workflow and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities for leveraging Atlassian tools to address their needs.
Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Design robust solutions using Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Develop architectural designs, workflow models, and technical documentation.
Implementation: Be the superhero and ead the implementation process, by enabling the team members in configuring Atlassian products according to the design specifications. Customize workflows, create custom fields, and integrate third-party plugins as required to achieve the desired functionality.
Integration: Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems and platforms within the client's environment, such as CRM systems, ERP systems, DevOps tools, etc. Implement seamless data flow and ensure interoperability between different systems.
Migration and Upgrades: Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to Atlassian platforms. Manage version upgrades and ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations
Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities within Atlassian deployments. Fine-tune configurations, implement best practices, and recommend infrastructure enhancements to improve system performance
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill the specified requirements. Address any issues or bugs promptly and efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Atlassian products, features, and industry trends. Evaluate new technologies and tools that complement Atlassian offerings, proposing innovative solutions to enhance client workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant, with a focus on Atlassian products.
- In-depth knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) and their capabilities.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in customization and configuration of Atlassian products using ScriptRunner, Power Scripts, or similar tools.
- Experience with integration of Atlassian tools with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and plugins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Atlassian certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) or Atlassian Certified Master (ACM) would be a plus.
