Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Works closely with Sales Coordinators, and Project Managers to review detailed, sometimes complex
client contracts to ensure proper account set-up, billing and revenue recognition
Ensures data integrity of all client information within financial system
Establishes and maintains professional relationships with clients and act as liaison for client issues;
escalating to appropriate team members where necessary
Prepares and sends invoices to clients
Responds to clients inquiries
Work on ad-hoc tasks

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required
Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Advanced Excel skills required
Experience with Sage Mas500 Accounting System is a plus
Experience with contract billing is a plus
