Support operational functions including HR, finance, procurement, and administrative services.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all activities adhere to regional laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reviews.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across UK, Europe, Serbia, Singapore, and Australia.
Address queries and service requests with a customer-centric approach.
Background Verification
Execute background verification processes for new hires and internal movements.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate verification.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with regional employment and data protection laws.
Process Support & Improvement
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest automation opportunities.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and share feedback for service optimization.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of transactions, service requests, and verification outcomes.
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for performance tracking and compliance audits.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in shared services or a similar operational role.
Working knowledge of compliance requirements across UK, EU, and APAC regions.
Experience in background verification processes and vendor coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with shared services tools and systems is a plus.
