Job Description
THE ROLE
We're seeking a Senior Manager, Software Test Engineering, to lead our QA strategy and execution across our technology solutions. This role is pivotal in driving quality, reliability, and innovation while fostering a high-performance, collaborative QA culture.
You will lead test automation, process improvement, and the development of scalable testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for quality engineering and leadership skills to lead the QA team and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing distributed QA teams of 10+ engineers.
- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience in performance, security, A/B, and risk-based testing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in strategic QA planning and execution.
- Strong people management skills, with experience in mentoring, guiding, and supporting Senior QA professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization, resource allocation, and productivity improvements.
- Ability to influence decisions and foster alignment across technical and business teams.
- Ability to build and sustain strong relationships across engineering, development, and business teams to ensure quality-driven delivery.
