Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft various commercial contracts, including Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, software license agreements, confidentiality agreements, support and services agreements, partner agreements, and other purchasing agreements
Review procurement requests and negotiate vendor agreements for various transactions, including technology purchases, consulting agreements, and marketing services and events
Assist with generating responses for request for proposals, requests for information, and other similar inquiries to support pre-sales
Assist with legal department projects as assigned, including the development and implementation of templates, trainings, playbooks, policies, and processes, including around security and privacy compliance
Partner directly with the Sales, Finance, and Ops teams to ensure alignment and efficient time to close
