Roles and Responsibilities:

>Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) software implementation and configuration.

>Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

>Experience into HCM Modules OTL ( Oracle Time and Labor)

>Expertise in HCM Implementation on the above skills

>Implementation done in Projects minimum Two on Certain modules.

>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

>Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.

>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
