Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems & Cloud Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience across cloud platforms, OS administration, networking, endpoint security, and enterprise IT tools. The role involves managing infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of systems and services.


Must-Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Office 365 experience including user and license management
  • Strong background in Windows and Linux administration.
  • Networking, configuration, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Firewall management and maintenance experience.
  • Experience in domain records management.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security tools and practices.

Tools and Technical Experience

  • Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and Mac systems.
  • Solid experience in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Active Directory administration for users and computers.
  • Creation and management of Security Groups and Distribution Groups.
  • Experience with Group Policies and PowerShell scripting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365 administration.
  • Assigning file and folder access rights and privileges.
  • Experience with firewall configuration and monitoring
  • Skilled in configuring and maintaining Print Servers.
  • Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory configuration and management.
  • Troubleshooting LAN connectivity issues.
  • Managing antivirus solutions and Windows patch compliance across endpoints.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Network Printers.
    Experience managing domain records (DNS, MX, CNAME, etc.).
  • Ability to monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • Experience in installation and troubleshooting across multiple Windows versions (XP/7/8/10/11).
  • Performing corrective and preventive maintenance for desktops and printers.
  • Installing required client software as per user needs.
  • Providing remote support to clients and end-users
  • Maintaining licensing worksheets and tracking system assets
  • Working knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar).

Qualification

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
