Job Title: Generative AI Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying GenAI applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and large language model (LLM) orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement RAG pipelines for enterprise search and knowledge-based systems.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases.
- Integrate with cloud-based LLM services such as AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure scalable and secure deployment of AI services.
- Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM hosting platforms.
- Deep understanding of RAG techniques, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure - AWS Preferred and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
