Job Description

Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying GenAI applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and large language model (LLM) orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
Implement RAG pipelines for enterprise search and knowledge-based systems.
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases.
Integrate with cloud-based LLM services such as AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure scalable and secure deployment of AI services.
Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM hosting platforms.
Deep understanding of RAG techniques, vector databases, and embedding models.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure - AWS Preferred and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
