Job Summary
Job Description
Areas of Responsibility 1. Design data models based on requirements/SRS/HLD/LLDs using tools like ERWIN etc. 2. Ability to create ERDs 3. Clarity w.r.t Conceptual, Logical & Physical data models 4. Provision Postgres/MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations. 5. Managing and Administering Cloud based relational Database solutions. 6. Have strong experience on configuring and troubleshooting of primary/replica configurations in clustered and non-clustered environment. 7. Data migration from on-premises databases to Cloud based database platforms. 8. Be a contributor to the database Projects team. 9. Design & Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Solutions for database systems. 10. Production Support model on call basis for critical incident handling and emergency support (24X7). 11. Strong experience in database administration and production support tasks including Replication, SQL Optimization & Tuning, Monitoring, Backup/Recovery, Troubleshooting and Database Security on large Database environments. 12. Exposure to AWS technology Stacks with experience in provisioning 13. Experience in Performance Tuning and troubleshooting complex database issues. 14. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. 15. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate these within the scopeReasonable accommodation statement
