Currently, we are looking for a Senior EBS HRMS Tester to join our team.
Job Description - Lead and execute comprehensive testing cycles for Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and iRecruitment.
- Must have extensive experience in functional and regression testing of Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on functional specifications and business requirements.
- Should be proficient in various testing methodologies (e.g., UAT, SIT, Regression, Performance, Security).
- Perform thorough functional testing of new configurations, custom developments (RICEW objects), patches, and upgrades to ensure they meet business needs and do not introduce defects.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using a defect management tool (e.g., JIRA, ALM), collaborating closely with developers and functional consultants for timely resolution.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools (e.g., Oracle Application Testing Suite OATS, Selenium) to improve efficiency and coverage, especially for regression scenarios.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, providing guidance to business users, facilitating sign-offs, and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Analyze test results and generate comprehensive test reports to communicate progress, defects, and overall quality to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including HR stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test strategies, test summary reports, and traceability matrices.
- Must stay current with Oracle EBS HRMS functionalities, patches, and evolving testing standards.
