We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Zensar Technologies, Kharadi Pune. Please do share your profile with the required information given below.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's growth. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in recruitment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Title: Executive Talent Acquisition
Work Location: Pune, Kharadi. Work from office
*Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to source top technical talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
2. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure that all necessary materials (e.g., resumes, job descriptions) are prepared and distributed.
3. Salary Negotiation and Offer processing:
- Accurately enter candidate data into our applicant tracking system (ATS) to process the offer.
- To follow up with offered candidate and make sure their joining is smooth.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum a Bachelor's degree probably in Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
4. Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of technical recruitment principles and practices.
- Familiarity with software development, life cycle and technical roles.
