Job Description

Should be able to coordinate between internal resourcing/delivery team.
Managing current clients w.r.t their billing (invoice creation), payment follow-ups, etc.
Daily responsibilities include managing a team of account managers to source profiles staffing agencies etc., screening profiles for requirements, sharing suitable profiles with clients, following up with clients etc.
Answer client queries and monitor vendors
What you must be good at:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the Delhi NCR Market.
Experience with contractual staffing for Delhi NCR market is highly preferred
Proven Business development/account management experience with recruitment background and staff augmentation environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients/requirements at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time and project management skills. You are always looking to improve inefficient processes
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
