Job Description
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
Familiarity with CCTV and Door Access Systems.
Good understanding of Network Fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors for resolving laptop issues, internet connectivity problems, and email-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Server Management:
o Administer and maintain Windows Server 2012 and 2016 environments.
o Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
User Support & Workstation Setup:
o Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
o Provide support for Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
o Assist end-users with technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and software.
Microsoft 365:
o Perform basic administrative tasks in Microsoft 365, such as user account creation, license assignment, and password resets.
o Provide basic support for Exchange Online and Teams.
Security & Antivirus Management:
o Install, configure, and monitor antivirus software to ensure systems are protected and up to date.
o Respond to security alerts and manage endpoint protection.
IT Infrastructure & Devices:
o Install and support CCTV systems and perform regular maintenance.
o Manage and troubleshoot electronic door access systems.
o Coordinate with vendors for support and maintenance as required.
Documentation & Inventory:
o Maintain records of IT assets and software licenses.
o Document support activities, configurations, and system changes.
