Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement:
Drive store sales to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a high standard of customer service and engagement.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the store team including Beauty Advisors.
Plan rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Inventory & Visual Merchandising:
Manage stock levels, timely replenishment, and stock loss prevention.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
Store Operations:
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, cash handling, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
Reporting:
Maintain sales reports, stock registers, and share daily/weekly reports with regional managers.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
3-8 years in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is an added advantage.

Sales-driven with good analytical and reporting abilities
Proficiency in handling store POS and basic MS Excel
Good communication in English and local language
