We are having openings for NOC L1 Engineer- Externetworks-Hitech City - Madhapur Hyderabad.Profile: NOC L1 Engineer- Network Support Engineer
Location: Hitech City, Madhapur Hyderabad.
Start Date: Immediate or ASAP
Shift timings: 24*7 Rotational Shift
Number of openings: Multiple with experience 2 to 5years.
Job Description:
JD for NOC L1 Engineer
Certifications: CCNA Certified and MCSE Trained/Certified Optional
Job Description:
Extensive knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies
Experience in Managing and troubleshooting CISCO and Juniper Devices.
Experience in Monitoring & troubleshooting Wireless access points and controllers.
Experience in Monitoring & troubleshooting Windows based servers.
Strong knowledge on Routing and Switching Protocols, NAT and ACLs.
Good knowledge or experience on Wireless Network (Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus ..Etc.)
Analyze and report network and system activities and health.
Experience on Helpdesk support.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving of end user issues.
Knowledge on Monitoring, Ticketing and Remote tools.
Willing to work in 24*7 Shift rotation
Good oral and written communication skills in English
