Job Description
Role
Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and store standards are upheld in line with company policies.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and motivate store staff.
Create work schedules and manage team performance.
Inventory & Stock Control
Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention.
Conduct regular stock audits and manage shrinkage.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Manage cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales and operational reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 3-8 years in retail management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Education: Graduate degree/diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills; proven sales and target achievement track record; good understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
Customer Focus: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations effectively.
Other Requirements: Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays; proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; well-groomed and presentable.
