In this role, you will play a vital role in our agile team, focusing on enhancing, designing, and delivering software components for cutting-edge technology products. Your responsibilities will include implementing software solutions through design, development, and troubleshooting of various technical products, applications, or systems. This position offers a great chance to refine your skills and gain valuable experience for career progression. Your key responsibilities will involve maintaining business processes such as configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking, consulting and supporting HCM Oracle Compensation Cloud, utilizing Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience, ensuring clear communication and timely responses, following security and release processes to minimize risks, safeguarding data privacy and ensuring regulatory compliance, applying lessons learned to reduce production defects, reviewing Oracle release notes and conducting impact analysis, meeting design deliverables and deadlines with consistent follow-through and independent work, conducting functional testing to minimize defects, and quickly identifying and resolving root causes. To qualify for this role, you should have formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 2+ years of applied experience, the ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, a passion for fostering an innovative culture, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HCM Oracle Compensation Cloud. Preferred qualifications include exposure to Oracle HCM Compensation and a background in Btech.,
