- You will be joining Cognizant as an Insurance Consulting Leader, a global consulting organization that helps clients transform their business, operating, and technology models for the digital era. As a Consulting Leader, you will play a crucial role in developing the portfolio strategy, managing performance, driving pipeline growth, and enhancing business outcomes through strategic alliances and partnerships. Your responsibilities will include serving as a Management Consulting Leader with a focus on the Insurance industry, defining outcomes for clients, developing a comprehensive strategy for the portfolio, and actively engaging in business development efforts. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of consulting practice leadership, 10+ years of Insurance consulting experience, and a background in selling and delivering techno-functional solutions. You should possess strong leadership skills, a track record of achieving engagement targets, and the ability to build high-performing consulting teams.
