We are currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager/Manager, Graphic Designer. As a part of the Training Team at Genpact, you will be responsible for designing and developing collateral and training materials. Additionally, you will support marketing and communication efforts as required by the capability build teams across the Growth Portfolio. Responsibilities: - Ability to refine and generate ideas to create a highly designed visual experience - Demonstrated skill in delivering high-quality designs - Strong foundation in typography, layout, and design - Experience with transitions, animation, motion design, and dynamic interaction - Expertise in MS Office tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Storyline - Well-organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver refined designs within tight timelines - Strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills - Attention to detail and organizational skills, including task prioritization, progress communication, and meeting deadlines - Ability to take direction effectively and work collaboratively as well as autonomously - Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to a fast-evolving environment - Proficiency in video creation and editing Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Relevant experience in Media Design & development Preferred Qualifications: - Web designing Job Details: - Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager, Graphic Designer - Location: India-Noida - Schedule: Full-time - Education Level: Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent If you are passionate about graphic design, possess the required qualifications, and are eager to work in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Genpact.,
