In this full-time remote position as a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system, meeting customer service targets, sharing customer feedback with the management team, and contributing to the success of the overall customer service strategy. Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over phone, email, and chat platforms, displaying empathy, active listening, and professionalism consistently. - Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, provide effective solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution, and adhere to company policies and guidelines. - Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products or services to address customer queries accurately and offer suitable recommendations. - Documentation: Record customer interactions, transactions, and issues meticulously in the CRM system to maintain a detailed customer interaction history. - Problem-Solving: Analyze complex situations, think critically, and proactively resolve issues by collaborating with relevant departments when necessary. - Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards to ensure customer data privacy and security. - Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs to enhance skills, contribute to refining customer service processes, and stay updated on best practices. - Feedback Handling: Collect customer feedback, report recurring issues or suggestions to the relevant teams for process enhancement. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, knowledge, and best practices, fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications: - Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. - Familiarity with CRM systems and contact center technologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in customer service or contact center environment is advantageous. Schedule (US Shifts Only): - Eastern Time: 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST, Rotational Shifts. - Pacific Time: 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST, Rotational Shifts. Logistical Requirements: - Quiet and well-lit work environment. - Laptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor. - 720P Webcam and Headset. - Reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. - Smartphone.,
