Job Description
- The position of Customer Service Executive Non-Tech Freshers in the Voice Process in Chennai is a full-time role that involves working in night shifts in a 24/7 work environment. As a Process Associate, you will play a vital role in addressing customer queries through calls and emails with the aim of ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Collaboration with other departments and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions are key aspects of this role. Responsibilities include handling customer queries and issues promptly and professionally, documenting customer interactions accurately, collaborating with different departments for issue resolution, monitoring and reporting on customer service-related key performance indicators, and continuously enhancing processes to improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts, possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, have strong communication abilities both verbally and in writing, be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, and have basic proficiency in using customer service software and tools. The preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce & Science, or a related field. Technical graduates are not eligible for this position.
